Spirituality

Santana Dharma, often referred to as “The Hindu”, stands as one of the world's oldest and most diverse spiritual traditions. Among its many facets, Vedanta holds a central place as a philosophical system that delves into the core of reality and the interplay between the individual soul (Atman) and the one ultimate reality (Brahman). The ultimate aspiration of human existence is, evolve to a state of unity, perceiving the oneness between oneself and the entire universe, as well as between the individual and the divine.

To attain the aforementioned goal, individuals are guided towards four distinct paths: Hathayog, Karmayog, Bhaktiyog, and Gyanayog. These paths are recommended based on one's natural inclinations and activities in life.
